How do I provide access to my team or organization?
Enterprise subscribers will receive a unique subscription link within 24 hours of payment. You can distribute this link via tools such as email, an internal site, or Yammer allowing other members to gain access to the upcoming live content and on-demand archive. We will also share advice on how to promote the opportunity inside your organization.

Can I really provide access to unlimited users.
Yes! You can provide access to 10, 100, 1,000, 10,000 or more team members with an enterprise subscription.

Can I pay via an invoice versus through my purchasing department?

How do I get a refund?
Refunds are only available if you have not accessed the course content. No refunds available once you have accessed the course. Contact us at [email protected] for a refund.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Access will end on the date of your renewal. Login to the learning portal and go to "My Account" and "Billing". Click the cancel button and your subscription will not be renewed.
