  • How do I access my course?

    To access your course after you have logged in, go to 'My Dashboard' in the top right nav bar.

  • When will my class begin?

    If you have purchased our OnDemand courses, Intro to Lean Thinking & Practice or Intro to Problem Solving, then your class begins right away. You will have access upon check-out. Other courses will start on the date stated on the course description page.

  • Can I pay by credit card and not use Paypal?

    Yes! After clicking the yellow Paypal button you will find a grey button that allows you to pay by credit card.

  • Can I cancel my registration?

    For LIVE Online courses, if you must cancel your workshop registration, you will receive a full refund up to four weeks before the workshop. Once you have attended a workshop session, you cannot cancel your registration. A cancellation occurring within four weeks of the workshop dates will be subject to a $350 cancellation fee.

    For Ondemand courses you can cancel your registration if you have not accessed the course.
