How do I provide access to my team or organization?
As the purchaser of your organization's Enterprise Subscription, you will receive a unique subscription link within 24 hours of payment along with recommendations for distributing that link.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are only available if you have not accessed the course content. No refunds available once you have accessed the course. Contact us at [email protected] for a refund.
Can I really provide access to unlimited users.
Yes! You can provide access to 10, 100, 1,000, 10,000 or more team members with an enterprise subscription.
What if I can't pay with a credit card?
If you need an invoice or would like to pay by check or wire transfer please contact us at [email protected].
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Access will end on the date of your renewal. Login to the learning portal and go to "My Account" and "Billing". Click the cancel button and your subscription will not be renewed.
